Product description
The IFB-1 USB interface is used for the programming of Pantron FSI/FSR fork sensors. The connection is made using a standard USB type A to B cable.
The IFB-1 can also be used as a universal galvanic isolated USB to RS232 adaptor, for example to program Pantron ISM and ICL amplifiers. All signal lines, like RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR, DCD and RI are full supported. The IFB-1 is a bus powered USB device, it needs no additional supply in RS232 mode.
A 24 V DC source is needed to supply Pantron FSI/FSR fork sensors. The IFB-1 switches automatically from RS232 mode to FSI mode when 24VDC is supplied.
